Appointment Booking & Maintenance Guidelines

BOOKING PROCESS:

To secure your appointment, please provide clear pictures of the top and sides of your head. This will enable us to assess your needs accurately, send us a picture of your desired hairstyle. For optimal results, your natural hair should be at least 3/4 of an inch, allowing for proper blending with the hair unit.

To confirm your appointment, a deposit must be submitted either electronically or in person. This deposit will be deducted from the total price of the service.

Please note that if you require additional services such as braids, dreadlocks, or hair coloring, there will be different price, depending on length and style.

MAINTENANCE GUIDELINES:

We recommend that clients return for maintenance every two to three weeks, or at most, once a month.

During a maintenance session, our professional stylists will perform a range of services, including a hair wash, deep cleaning of the hair unit, repositioning of the unit using fresh glue, a full haircut and a complimentary drink.

The cost of touch-ups for most styles starts at $165. However, if you are a new client seeking a touch-up only, the total cost will be $225, and a deposit of $50. (If paying with a credit card, taxes will apply.)
